Salesperson (Full-time) :  Attain assigned sales volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets. Maintain consistent prospect and owner communication to maximize sales and owner loyalty.  Actively recruit customers for Honda PowerSports of Crofton.

Service Management (Full-time) :  Supervise service technicians to maximize customer satisfaction with effective communication, efficient repair of equipment, reconditioning of pre-owned equipment,  and set up of equipment.   

Set up Technician (Full-time) : Assemble and prepare all equipment following prescribed Honda guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
